For purchases on behalf of a canoe club or organization, please send an email with the order details and ensure that the current invoice address is provided.
For expedited delivery, please proceed with the order through the online shop. We typically have staff available on-site and can process orders within 1-2 working days. Manual order processing may take between 1 and 4 working days if billing information is complete. Please note that items will only be shipped once the invoiced amount reflects in our bank account.
Please be advised that we exclusively issue invoices to VAT-exempt companies or organizations for net amounts of €500 or higher. Additionally, we necessitate the inclusion of the VAT number in the order. Delivery will proceed solely upon received payment.
